Issue/Rationale
Salaries for all employees must be approved by the School Board.
Recommended Action
Approve the Salary Schedule as presented.
Financial Impact
Approximately $1,138,399, plus approximately $44,000 for additional health insurance contributions, or approximately10.39% increase including benefits and insurance for administrators.
Approximately $231,868, for confidential employees. Additional health insurance contributions were included in the amount reported for CESPA.
